Before you fill up. Check gasbuddy.com on your computer or smartphone (free apps available) for the best gas price in your area. You can search the site by grade of gasoline and it includes maps to the gas stations. The prices are supplied by members, make sure to check that the update was recent.

  3. This is a frugal tip, but how is it green?? The only way I know of to be green with gas is to use less of it.
