Maple Syrup Roasted Potatoes & Cauliflower |
It is Maple Syrup time here in the Northeast and for some reason I keep seeing a lot of cauliflower recipes which reminded me of an old recipe that I haven’t used in a long time. It came from an Indian cookbook that I no longer own, so I had to make it up. I think it this recipe tastes better than the old one, so enjoy!

DeleteThis was perfectly lovely, and so easy! I just filled the pan with some potatoes, the random amount of cauliflower in the freezer from last year's garden, drizzled some olive oil, maple syrup, tossed it all with a few pinches of turmeric and cinnamon. And loads of salt/pepper. Truly lovely. Adding it to my "Make again and again!" pile. Thank you so much!
