"Going to the country gunna eat a lot of peaches... I'll eat peaches everyday..." This time of year I get this song stuck in my head. Do you know it. Great tune check it out:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvcohzJvviQ

A fresh ripe peach is truly the greatest treat of summer, so sweet and the texture to me is perfect. This last year was the first time I cooked and grilled peaches and I was floored by the complex flavor they develop. Here are a collection of some recipes from my weekly Foodie Friday party that people have shared along with a few of mine and some from the internet.

  10. Love all of these recipes! My problem with peaches is, that when I can get a good batch, it's hard to do anything but just eat them. :) I've never grilled a peach before, but you've just inspired me to change that. thanks!
