When the days go above freezing and the nights are still below freezing it is time to tap our Maple trees. We hope to have a good flow for the next few weeks.

Maple syrup is not just good on pancakes. It is a wonderful ingredient to use in many dishes.

Saturday: Indian Lentil Soup and Rustic Homemade Bread
