Tomorrow begins our Food of the World trip to Greece. I had always wanted to spend my honeymoon cruising around the Greek islands. I went to Portugal instead, which was wonderful too. I love all the countries of the Mediterranean, but it seems that Greece is the center of it all... an old culture with a rich, healthy cuisine and a strong belief in moderation.
This summer take a cue from the Greeks and cook seasonal fruits and vegetables, lean meats and lots and lots of seafood.
