Mexican foods and seasoning have been spicing up American cuisine. I couldn't be happier. Let's face it before salsa American appetizers had no kick... bland was the only way to describe our cheese and crackers, French onion soup dip, and boring plate of raw vegetables.
V & V Supremo are bringing to the American public authentic Mexican foods like chorizo sausage and fresh cheese. I made up a dip from their Beef Chorizo and a can of refried beans... WOW! My family couldn't get over how explosive the taste was... no one could stop eating the dip. It was so simple to make and topping it with a little bit of Queso Fresco which is a crumbling cheese that balanced out the spiciness of the dip.
I have purchased Mexican Chorizo before, and I have never come across products that are as flavorful as V & V Supremo.
Because the sausage is so packed with spices you don't have to work as hard to get a tasty appetizer or meal on the table.
Their Queso de Caribe reminded me of Farmer's Cheese but even better. My daughter said it was super fresh because it squeaks when you chew it. The texture is terrific, and it goes nicely with any type of fruit.
