Peace of Meat: Applegate Picnic #Weekly Menu Plan

Yum
picnic: applegate cold cuts: simplelivingeating.com

This post is sponsored by Applegate. All opinions are my own.

Applegate sent my family and I on a stress free picnic. Why was it stress free? Because I didn't have to decipher the label of each package of their cold cuts and cheeses.
The ingredients were simple and natural: roasted turkey, ham, salami with provolone cheddar cheese. Antibiotic free, artificial ingredients free, and preservative free... meats and cheeses.

"The American" Roasted Turkey with avocado, salsa, mayo and melted cheddar cheese.

Here are the sandwiches we created using Applegate cold cuts and cheese, Rudis's multigrain gluten-free bread and Sir Kensington all natural mustard and mayonnaise.

"The German" Black Forest Ham, mustard, sauerkraut, with melted blue cheese.

"The French" Smoked Turkey, mustard, apple and melted brie cheese.

salami sandwich: simplelivingeating.com
"The Italian" Salami, roasted tomatoes, pesto, and melted provolone cheese.

It was a fine day for a picnic... everyone was enjoying their sandwiches... everyone except our dog Lila, who felt tremendously left out!

She was loving her new bandanna... but then she got a whiff of something?

The picnic is discovered.

Someone realizes she has been deceived. All this meat and Lila was not invited.

She begged me for just a taste.

My daughter is much kinder than me and gave Lila a piece of turkey.

In the end everyone enjoyed the good food from Applegate.
